1. Our Promise to You

We promise that every HVAC service we provide—whether installation, maintenance, or repair—will be done right the first time. If you’re not satisfied with our workmanship or results, we’ll make it right—no excuses.

2. Scope of the Guarantee

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all residential and small business HVAC services completed by Patriot HVAC, including:

  • System repairs
  • Full or partial HVAC installations
  • Seasonal maintenance or tune-ups
  • Smart thermostat upgrades
  • Indoor air quality product installations

The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of service completion, and covers workmanship and the performance of installed components.

This Guarantee does not constitute a manufacturer warranty and does not cover the future performance of older equipment not installed by us.

3. Your Remedy: What We’ll Do

If a service issue arises and falls within the scope of this Guarantee, we’ll take action—at no additional cost to you. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will:

  • Re-inspect and correct the issue promptly
  • Re-perform the service
  • Replace failed components we installed (if defective within 30 days)
  • Offer a refund, when appropriate, at our discretion

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a claim under this Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Contact us in writing at service@patriothvac.net within 30 days of service.
  • Provide the following:
    • Your name and contact info
    • Service date and address
    • A brief explanation of the issue
    • A copy or photo of your invoice (if available)

We’ll acknowledge your request within 24–48 hours and schedule a resolution as quickly as possible.

5. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is a commitment to your experience and comfort—it is not an express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, both of which are disclaimed.

This Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects
  • Damage from improper use, accidents, fire, or acts of nature
  • Alterations or repairs made by someone other than Patriot HVAC
  • Systems we did not install or that are outside their normal lifespan
  • Pre-existing issues not disclosed at time of service

Liability is limited to the original amount paid for services rendered. Patriot HVAC is not responsible for consequential damages, loss of use, or any indirect costs arising from equipment failure.
